Brian Barth is a filmmaker and musician living in Boston. His experimental film works are more often acts of discovery than intent, finding subsurface landscapes or hidden rhythms in the wilderness around him. The frantic vibration of Tin Pine inspired the use of granular synthesis for the accompanying music by Luke Damrosch.
