Pierre-Louis Umdenstock 

Pierre-Louis Umdenstock was born in 1986. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, Paris. In 2009, he traveled to Chicago and studied at the Columbia College Chicago (Film and Video department) ; In Chicago, he made 16mm films, took screenwriting, production, editing classes and participated to many short films. Pierre-Louis Umdenstock is also among the creators of the Parisian group of directors L'Atelier 321. In 2013, he participates to the Berlinale Talent Campus. His short films have been selected to several festivals. He is deeply influenced by filmmakers like Stanley Kubrick, Lars Von Trier, Alfred Hitchcock, Roman Polanski, William Friedkin...
