Stefan Kriekhaus 

Director, producer and screenwriter. Born in 1968 in Haan, grown up in Giessen. Lives in Berlin since 1992. Studied History of Science and Cultural Studies at Humboldt University, Berlin. His film Klassenfahrt (2001) premiered at the Berlinale, while his last project Remains Quiet (Die Ruhe bleibt) won the 2013 Silver Bear for Best Short at the Berlin Film Festival; Kriekhaus contributed as a script writer and dramatic advisor to a number of movie productions such as Verliebt in Berlin (2006), or Königinnen (2009).
